Choral Society Membership - Terms and Conditions 2024

Parents, friends, former staff, former parents, grandparents and all others with a link to the school  are very welcome to join the Exeter School Choral Society.

Here are certain terms and conditions that apply:

1. You must let us have your name, address and a contact email address when you sign up to join us.
2. You will be expected to carry with you, at all times whilst on site, a copy of the music with an Exeter School numbered label sticker in it, even if a previously purchased copy, which we shall use as a means of identifying you. This saves you having to bring or collect a visitors’ badge each week.
3. You must sign in at the Music School foyer each time you arrive, as we need to know who is here.
4. We will ask all visitors (excluding current parents) to pay a £50 subscription AND to purchase 3 tickets to the concert, to be distributed to family and friends as you wish. We ask that this is completed by the end of January. Purchase is simple via box office on the school’s website.  Please make sure you include your score number in the booking code box. Tickets are priced at £17 or £10, with a reduction for children.

Please note that there is no parking available on site and we ask that you respect this.

Staff and pupils are of course welcome to join. The only charge is the cost of the score(s).
